The conveyancing process can be divided into three major stages.
Stage 1 – Initial Preparations
Our conveyancing service starts with your initial consultation. We will take the time to explain to you the legal process and documents involved in plain language.
We will draft your Contract for Sale, ensuring that the terms meet your requirements. We will also liaise with the real estate agent and negotiate with the buyer’s conveyancer on your behalf. You will be in consulted and advised at every stage during negotiations. Our job is to make sure that your interests are protected.
Stage 2 – Exchange of Contract
Once negotiations have ended and you are satisfied with the contract, the contract will be exchanged and the settlement date will be confirmed.
After the contract has been exchanged we will prepare all required legal documentation to ensure a smooth settlement.
Stage 3 - Settlement
We will organise and attend the settlement. All calculations will be done by us and all we need from you is to sign the contract and transfer documents.
